Supported by its agreements with the main local clinics, and thanks to its control department, through its sister company Medic’ Multiservices, Najda Assistance ensures at request a rigorous administrative and medical control of medical fees, in conformity with the Tunisian regulations.

Najda Assistance entered this "neighbor field" since the beginning of 2015, thanks to its long experience in the field of medical assistance and its wide network of medical providers.
Medical evacuation and concierge service
Through its sister company Medic’ International, Najda Assistance organizes repatriations to final destinations on commercial flights: flight booking and ticket issuing, ground transportation organization, boarding assistance at airports, wheelchairs, extra-seat or stretcher +/- oxygen, escort doctors and paramedics, as applicable. Medic' International also transports certain patients under assisted ventilation on Tunisair flights, with specialized medical teams and the whole appropriate medical equipment.
